		<description>
Clotted Hope in the Black Isle is a site specific installation celebrating the theatrical man made setting of a clottie well in Munlochy in the heart of the Black Isle. The over whelming effect of an item of clothing abandon, hanging in the trees is forboding but curiously positive in its collective clotted showing of hope.

The Clootie Well is a remnant of an ancient tradition once commonly found in Scotland and Ireland, of holy wells to which pilgrims would come and make offerings, usually in the hope of having an illness cured. The tradition dates far back into pre-Christian times, to the practice of leaving votive offerings to the local spirits or gods in wells and springs. With the arrival of Christianity, the practice was simply adopted to the new circumstances.Pilgrims would come, perform a ceremony that involved circling the well sunwise three times before splashing some of its water on the ground and making a prayer. They would then tie a piece of cloth or "cloot" that had been in contact with the ill person to a nearby tree. As the cloot rotted away, the illness would depart the sick person. The site today is a haven of goodwill messages for loved ones</description>

		<description>Continental Drift is a poetry book collaboration between visual artist Michele Marcoux and poet Sheila Black that explores the "inner weather" of what is broken, lost, buried, and retrieved.

The book featured in a recent exhibit at the Patriothall Gallery in Edinburgh traces a landscape of float and drift, rupture and converge, considering what the "I" and the "eye" can hold or recover, particularly of the truth of women's lives. The poetry also features extracts from Sylvia Plath's poem - Three Women

		<description>Pitch proposal for Liverpool Museum

The creative brief for the museums key cinema attraction to show social, economic and technological impact of Liverpoolʼs progress in the development of the modern world - "The world in a city".

A proposed creative collaboration with award winning Director Jospeh Briffa.
Together with proposed digital composition by Ay-pe.

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/story8.jpg" width="670" height="353" width_o="800" height_o="422" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/story8_o.jpg" data-mid="11043873"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

Although spanning millennia, the focus will be on the boom and bust of Liverpool in the 18th and 19th centuries; the story of what happened to a town that found itself in the crucible of colonialism and industrialisation that shaped the world.

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/story5_7.jpg" width="670" height="383" width_o="800" height_o="458" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/story5_7_o.jpg" data-mid="11040075"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

This is the start of a dynamic, immersive journey through time - using an unique point-of-view filming technique. The audience will follow the footsteps and see through the eyes of the people who were there, immersed in dramatic reenactments in the first person point of view.

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/story2_4.jpg" width="670" height="241" width_o="800" height_o="288" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/story2_4_o.jpg" data-mid="11040130"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

The global story of the age, will be reflected in the each story narrative and arc.

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/story4_5.jpg" width="670" height="189" width_o="800" height_o="226" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/story4_5_o.jpg" data-mid="11040071"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;

In this example treatment extract we focus of a girl forced to work in the cotton mill.

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/mol_story_900.jpg" width="800" height="566" width_o="800" height_o="566" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/mol_story_o.jpg" data-mid="11946100"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;
Story board illustrations by Dave Morrow.

The World in a City Mobile App
As the film will be populated with real people, places and objects that tell Liverpool's global story.
To encourage further discovery it will feature a Mobile App as part of the experience by mapping a trail through the city, provoking further exploration once the audience leave the museum.

&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/app7.jpg" width="640" height="360" width_o="640" height_o="360" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/app7_o.jpg" data-mid="11040906"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/app.jpg" width="640" height="360" width_o="640" height_o="360" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/app_o.jpg" data-mid="11037905"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;&#60;img src="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/app2.jpg" width="640" height="360" width_o="640" height_o="360" src_o="http://payload.cargocollective.com/1/1/38266/1823973/app2_o.jpg" data-mid="11037907"  border="0" align="left"/&#62;
